Featured Design Competition
Every month the club runs a competition for the Best design for the month. To enter in this competition you simply submit a note titled "Featured Submission". At the end of the month, these designs will be placed into 2 polls for members, visitors and friends to vote. The poll runs for a maximum of 1 week and the 5 top designs in each poll will be put in a final deciding poll and voted on, the top most voted design wins. The winners will receive a dC - Award badge to display in their journal. In addition your design is showcased on *designerscouch for a maximum of 1 month. Only members are allowed to participate in this contest.

Designers'Couch Deviousness Award
To honour members who have taken a keen interest and how much they're active in the club and in the club's official chatroom, #designerscouch, we award them with the Designer's Couch Deviousness Award. The award is sometimes awarded along with gifts such as prints, dA subscriptions, etc.

Chatroom Contests
In *designerscouch official chat-room, #designerscouch on dAMN we randomly run contest for our members. These contests are spontaneous and they're made up of trivia and games. Prizes for these contest includes:

• VIP for the day
• Demote an admin for day
• Help run and mastermind our next event
• Submit as much as 10 deviation in one week
• 1mth sub, 3mths subscriptions, prints, etc.
• Chill in the bat-cave for an hour,2hrs, a day, a week.
• Create your own group in #designerscouch (2 TIME OFFER ONLY)
• Featured Member Award
• "Show Love Moment" - for the person that wins this, we'll ask everyone in the chat to run on over to his page and post, "WE LOVE YOU *membername*.
• dC-Commentary - who ever wins this will have their design critiqued (detailed) by Ryan Ford, Damian Madray, Daran and Braden Turnquist .

There's no specific time for these contest, they are extremely random so you just have to be in the chat-room whenever you can.

Golden Couch Design Awards
This award is the name given to the "design of the year" award. It's by far the hardest to get and your work goes through some serious scrutiny. Firstly, to be eligible for the award, you must win the "Featured Design" Contest. Secondly, only 10 designs go up for the awards which is then broken down to "TOP 5" in the polls. Finally, it's up to our Judges for the final say on the winner.
